Music themed wedding at Crondon Park | Danielle + Craig

The 16th March proved to be ”Sunny Sunday” for Danielle and Craig’s wedding in the beautiful setting that is Crondon Park. It was great to see and capture the little ones running and playing in the secure gardens, and the adults making the most of the glorious sunshine. The gorgeous weather was a lovely surprise for an early March wedding.

Danielle started the day at home with her bridesmaids getting ready. Caz Patel did a fantastic job with Danielle’s make up before the girls got dressed ready for a few portraits in the garden before heading to Crondon Park. One of many lovely moments of the day was when Danielle and Craig’s son came out to meet his mum and saw her in her dress for the first time, and she saw him in his little pageboy suit.

During the ceremony it was lovely to be able to have the double doors open onto the gardens providing lots of beautiful light onto Danielle and Craig, which is unusual for most wedding ceremonies. After the ceremony the guests enjoyed the spring sunshine in the gardens while we took Danielle and Craig away for a few portraits. It was lovely to be working with Paul Hyett from Channel 7 Video who came along to film the couple during this time.

Danielle and Craig had a music theme to their wedding and had created many of the details themselves. They had put together music discs for their guests featuring their engagement photos on the cd cover. The table plan was themed to their favourite music artists and bands, with vinyl records on each table together with marker pens for guests to write their messages onto the vinyl. After the speeches we headed out with Danielle and Craig for some creative evening portraits before the evening guests arrived ready to party. As the evening set in the barn was transformed with beautiful lighting ready for Danielle and Craig to cut their cake which was a large cupcake surrounded by little cupcakes for the guests decorated with music notes, made by Danielle’s friend Jennifer.

We wish Danielle and Craig, and their gorgeous son, Zach, all the best for the future and thanks again for having us capture your beautiful wedding.
