A Gaynes Park Wedding - They Don’t Get Any More Fun Than This

Thank you so much for the wonderful pictures you took for our wedding. We were both so pleased with the pictures and can’t thank you enough for doing such a great job!

A Gaynes Park Wedding with so much fun and stunning details - Samantha and Michael's wedding was an amazing day. We knew from their engagement shoot that their wedding was going to be lots of fun and it was. (click here to see where we went for their e-session)

Samantha and Michael opted for our full day package so I started out with bride prep at Samantha's parents home, while Ste met up with the guys at Michael's house.  It was a hot and sunny day, and the tree swing in Samantha's parents beautiful garden was the perfect place for the children to keep cool while Samantha was having her hair and make up done.  Samantha's mum put the finishing touches to the delicate buttonholes that she had made herself, while Samantha and Michael's gorgeous son Max assisted me with all the photos of Samantha's pretty wedding accessories.

Samantha and Michael held their wedding ceremony close to their home at Enfield Baptist Church before travelling to Gaynes Park in Epping for their wedding reception.   At Gaynes Park the orangery was all set up with drinks and canapes for the guests, with music provided by a steel band creating a fantastic carnival atmosphere.

We had the beautiful backdrop of the gardens at Gaynes Park for the formal family photos, before everyone took their seats in the barn for the wedding breakfast.  Huge drapes decorated the barn provided by the fabulous Mediterranean Occasions.  The speeches after the meal were extended with many of the guests getting up to pass on their good wishes to the bride and groom, give them advice, or tell a story about the couple.  It was lovely to see the love and support from so many of their family and friends.

By the time the speeches finished the light was fading outside, but we managed to spend a short time with Samantha and Michael to capture some couple portraits, together with a few creative bridal party shots, before cake cutting and first dance to kick of the evening's fun.   It has been such a pleasure getting to know Samantha and Michael and to spend the day with them and their lovely family and friends, to capture their wedding.  We also had the pleasure of spending the day working along side the very talented Richard Knight from White Dress Films together with Gem who assisted him on the day.  We love his wedding videos and it was lovely to finally work with him.

Here are a few photos from their Gaynes Park Wedding and if you are looking for an Essex Wedding Photographer we would love to hear from you.
